As the production supplier for this amazing 4 week long festival we were proud to support Tātaki Auckland Unlimited and FIFA in delivering an unforgettable event that showcased the best of Aotearoa's culture, talent, and hospitality.

Some of the highlights of the FFF:

  • 46 FIFA Women's World Cup matches were streamed live, allowing fans to cheer on their favourite teams from around the globe.

  • Over 85000 attendees from all over the world enjoyed the festival's vibrant atmosphere, world-class entertainment, and diverse food and beverage offerings.

  • 82 artists performed on the main stage, including renowned New Zealand acts such as Tuawahine, Troy Kingi, and Hollie Smith.

  • A commitment to sustainability was evident throughout the festival, with over 75% of event waste diverted from landfill.

  • A focus on local talent and businesses was also a key priority: over 98% of the event budget was spent on Aotearoa businesses and 100% of the artists were from or currently residing in Auckland.

  • Accessibility was a key aspect of the event with custom lowered bar tops, an accessible raised viewing area, fully accessible Unity Pitch and audio descriptive commentary of matches.

  • Our mission was to create an event not only for existing fans but for everyone in the community of the local area and the whole of Tāmakai Makaurau.

Some of the activations included:

  • Unity Pitch: FIFA’s colourful 15m x 25m futsal pitch has been around the world, bringing together people of all nationalities and backgrounds to celebrate football and community.

  • FIFA Museum: A temporary exhibit inspired by the large version in Zurich, featuring various interactive and multimedia installations for fans to learn more about their favourite teams.

  • The lineup of high class established musicians were accompanied by emerging local talent performing throughout the FFF for an intimate, integrated attendee experience.

  • Visitors were able to feel even more part of the football experience with AR Photo Booths dropping them directly into the action.

  • The Esports Tournament brought the games into the social context of FIFA’s fan festival.

  • Slowmo 360 had the guests stepping up to show off their best poses and dance moves, which were then transformed into an epic slow motion video, ready to share.

  • 4000+ faces were painted during the festival

The FFF was a resounding success that left a lasting positive impact on Tāmaki Makaurau and Aotearoa as a whole. We're incredibly proud to have been a part of this special event and look forward to continuing to support TAU and FIFA in delivering world-class events in the future.
