Based in Indonesia, Leon oversees all GPP events in Asia and the Americas, delivering the most awe-inspiring events and paving the way as an industry leader.
Before co-founding GPP with MJ in 2016, Leon has established himself as a powerhouse of Production and Sound Engineering with over two decades of extensive experience across the industry.

Head of our Auckland hub, MJ oversees all of GPP’s events in New Zealand and Australia. MJ takes the most ambitious projects from concept to delivery with ease.
Before joining forces with Leon and starting GPP in 2016, MJ has earned his reputation in the events industry delivering technical solutions and projects for Australasia’s biggest provider of video, Big Picture.

Andy is the person that keeps the GPP cogs rolling, with a proven track record of success in executing large-scale events across New Zealand.
His calm demeanour, unwavering focus on efficiency, and exceptional communication skills have made him a trusted and indispensable part of the GPP team since he started working with us in 2023.

CREATIVE DESIGN | EVENT DELIVERY
Andrew pivoted into the events field from graphic design and branding, previously working as the creative mind behind the NZ based branding agency Woo Media.
A master of Adobe, Andrew brings his visual skills to centre stage, planning and delivering captivating visuals for GPP’s wide array of shows.

Jason has over two decades of experience designing and delivering medium to large-scale shows and events, including broadcasting, concerts, immersive experiences, corporate events and art installations.
Before his merger with GPP in 2022, he was the director of Negative Space. His clients have always known Jason as the one who can ‘make anything happen’. He creates one of a kind lighting, media and overall show design, making unique projects come to life.

With a passion for transforming spaces through the art of illumination, Jack is GPP’s in house lighting designer and event technician.
Combining technical expertise with an eye for creativity, Jack seamlessly blends light, color, and shadow to evoke emotions and enhance the atmosphere of any event.

Coming from a theatre background, Stacey brings with her the perfect combination of experience in event coordination, logistics and operations planning.
Stacey has been working with GPP since 2019, joining the crew full time in 2022. She makes all our large scale ambitious projects possible by overseeing Health and Safety. Her strong understanding of legislation ensures safety and smooth delivery at every GPP event.

With nearly two decades of experience in the audio, vision, and lighting industry, Matt is a seasoned Account and Production Manager renowned for his ability to deliver exceptional shows and events. His expertise spans a diverse array of projects, including sporting events, concerts, corporate gatherings, and theatrical productions. Matt's approach to his work is characterised by an honest yet fair methodology, combined with a meticulous eye for detail and focus on time efficiency.

Joe is a seasoned lighting professional with over 7 years of experience in the New Zealand touring and festival scene. He excels in both design and execution, having worked as a Lighting Designer for major acts like Hybrid Minds and Kaylee Bell, and as a Lighting Programmer/Operator for international tours like NxWorries (Anderson Paak & Knxledge).

Sam is an experienced Operations Coordinator working at some of New Zealand biggest Music Festivals and Major events. She has a strong background in managing emergency services, health and safety, and technical elements of events. She is highly resilient, adaptable, and has a genuine passion for learning, she thrives in fast-paced environments and is known for stepping up where necessary to deliver exceptional results.

Maja’s background in operations and management in the managed office, business services and accounting fields has helped her build a track record of streamlining processes and optimising efficiency.
